Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Agreement

By uploading your design files to our quote request form, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. The uploaded files are the intellectual property of the sending party and are intended for the sole purpose of providing a quote for your sheet metal manufacturing needs.
  2. Fortifab Manufacturing Inc. will not use, reproduce, distribute, or disclose the uploaded files for any purpose other than providing a quote, without your prior written consent.
  3. Fortifab Manufacturing Inc. will maintain the confidentiality of the uploaded files and will not disclose them to any third party without your prior written consent.
  4. Fortifab Manufacturing Inc. will not use the uploaded files for any commercial or competitive purposes, and will not use them to create or develop specified designs or products.
  5. By uploading your design files, you grant Fortifab Manufacturing Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to use the uploaded files solely for the purpose of providing a quote.

Data Privacy

Fortifab Manufacturing Inc. acknowledges that the uploaded files contain personal and confidential information and agrees to comply with all applicable data privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in the United States.

Retention Period

Fortifab Manufacturing Inc. will retain the uploaded files for a period of 30 days from the date of upload. After this period, Fortifab Manufacturing Inc. will delete the uploaded files from our servers and will no longer have access to them.

Termination

Fortifab Manufacturing Inc. reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to you. Upon termination, Fortifab Manufacturing Inc. will delete the uploaded files from our servers and will no longer have access to them.

By uploading your design files, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined above.
